In 2010, Dr.Mohamed Abdel Fatah entered his USMLE step 1 exam & got a score of 99%. He decided after he finished his exam to make the first online live lectures explaining all the high yield facts for Arab doctors preparing for their USMLE STEP 1 exam & he called them "TA7 REVIEW SERIES".

 

In 2011, many doctors used the recordings of his live lectures & entered their STEP 1 exam & got high scores (230s, 240s, 250s) which encouraged him & his friend Dr.Mohamed El Masry to make a well structred preparation system for Arab doctors entering their USMLE exams

 

In 2012, TA7 USMLE PREPARATION SYSTEM was working in 3 governorates in Egypt (Cairo, Alexandria, Mansoura) in which many doctors were enrolled & the education was Center based not Online & this gave the system a wide reputation between Egyptian doctors preparing for USMLE.

 

In 2014, TA7 USMLE PREPARATION SYSTEM launched its new ONLINE LIVE USMLE PREPARATION SYSTEM to widen the circle to involve all governorates in Egypt as well as all Arab countries.

 

In 2015, The online USMLE preparation system showed a great success with many doctors scoring as high as 260s in their USMLE exams. Also, US clinical rotation service was introduced to facilitate & guarantee US clinical experiences for the Arab doctors in all specialties
