Dr.TA7 USMLE courses agreement

By subscribing to any of our courses you AGREE to the following key points:

​

1) Protected content: All lectures are encoded and protected by a specific software which protect against screen capture and recording. Thus, any unauthorized distribution of the course content is strictly prohibited. Dr.TA7 is a registered trademark in the US which strictly prevent any unauthorized use of copyrighted content.

​

2) Single device access: Access to our courses is allowed only through single device i.e. you cannot access the course content through any device other than the one on which the access is granted

​

3) Adding an extra device: Adding an extra device to access the course is allowed with an extra fees charged. The added device should be for the personal use of the original course subscriber and any misuse will lead to account termination without any refund.

4) Changing the device: In case the device with granted access needed to be changed, the change of device is allowed for free only twice during the whole subscription period for the membership course and only once for the short access course. Also, changing the device must be for the same original account subscriber and user. Any misuse will lead to account termination without any refund. Additional fees for device change may apply and additional information may be requested on case by case basis by the admission team.

5) Subscriber identification: No fake accounts are allowed to register in our courses for proper personal identification. The subscriber should be using his established and official personal Facebook account to communicate with us and to access the online live lectures.

​

6) Online live lectures attendance: Your name in the lecture should match the username provided to you to access the offline database and any use of other names will lead to participant being dismissed from the lecture and not able to enter again by the monitoring team.

​

7) Protected live lectures: Live lectures will soon be protected by the same program used to protect the offline lectures. The course participant will use the same username and the same device he is using to access the course material to attend the live lectures. However, this will happen in the future and any misuse or redistribution of the content of the live lectures is also strictly prohibited and protected under the US trademark and copyright law.

8) Refund policy: Once access is granted and the username is generated for any course subscriber, no refund will be issued for any reason. So, please take your time listening to Dr.TA7's free content on YouTube before making your decision to subscribe to any course.

​

9) No reselling/transfer of account allowed: The course and material provided are ONLY for personal use of the original account subscriber. No transfer of accounts is allowed at any time during the subscription period and we have the right of taking all the necessary actions to prevent that from happening.

​

10) No freeze allowed: Once the access is granted and the username is generated, the course subscription starts counting down based on the subscription period. User is not allowed to freeze his subscription any time. The only exception to the rule is BEFORE the access is granted and username is generated, in this case credit is given to the course subscriber with the amount he paid and he/she can reuse that credit for future subscriptions.

11) Stopping online lectures: in case Dr.TA7, for any unexpected reason or circumstances, had to stop giving live online lectures. All the course subscribers will continue their remaining subscription period as a offline access to the most up to date material with an extra 6 months free.

This agreement was last modified on February 2nd, 2024 and any modification is allowed on these terms at any time.
